The forums are a section in Debate.org which allows users to discuss on controversial topics, as well as the community, in freeform, without the restrictions imposed in debates. It is categorized into many subforums, each of which is surrounding a certain topic.

Many memes limited to the website originate from the forums. These include kfc, as well as "nac", an acronym standing for "not all capitals" used to evade a forums filter restricting the use of capital letters.[1]
